rabje's Complete Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rabje platform and all its services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on rabje, you are agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with rabje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. All of these documents together form the complete agreement between you and rabje.

rabje reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have automatically accepted the revised Terms.

To create an account on rabje, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the area where you reside.
• Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are not allowed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Any account theft or unauthorized access must be reported to rabje support immediately.

All financial transactions on rabje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Enter the correct deposit amount; rabje will not be responsible for deposits made in the wrong amount.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; use only your own mobile banking account.
• rabje reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.

rabje offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, specific turnover requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• A promotion can be claimed once only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after requirements are met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• rabje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

rabje offers various gaming options including sports betting, casino games, and slots. The following general rules apply to each category:

• All bets are considered final; no changes are accepted after results are announced.
• Decisions to change or void results caused by technical issues will be made at rabje's sole discretion.
• If misconduct, fraud, or system manipulation is found, related winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• rabje reserves the right to void bets related to any game where a technical fault creates an abnormal situation.

Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section. Betting market outcomes will be determined based on official announcements from the relevant sports body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, related bets will be handled according to rabje's rules.

Casino Games

Read the rules of a specific game carefully before joining. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

rabje's loyalty program has four tiers. Various benefits including weekly cashback are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your gaming activity and participation on the platform. rabje reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time. Cashback and rewards are granted at rabje's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rabje platform:

• Engaging in any kind of fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by creating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Registering or transacting using a third party's account or identity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

If involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be cancelled immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

rabje reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false information by the user.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Concerns related to financial security or cybersecurity.

You may also close your account at any time. Account closure requests must be submitted to the support team by email. Verified balances may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to conditions being met.

rabje places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed in a controlled manner.

• Account access can be restricted for a set period of time.
• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
